Our SMC Custom Slot Wedge CNC Machining is a commonly used method of machining slot wedges. Slot wedge is an important part of the machining process of motor winding, which can well fix the coil embedded in the iron core and prevent the occurrence of displacement. The main material of our products is the SMC sheet, which is a material with good insulating properties. This material is mainly made of polyester glass fiber and due to the unique processing technology, it has the characteristics of high arc resistance, dielectric strength, and withstand voltage. 2. What is the different between SMC machining slot wedge and FRP Pultruded Trapezoidal Slot Wedge?
A: SMC machining slot wedge is processed by SMC insualtion sheet and FRP Pultruded Trapezoidal Slot Wedge is through heating and extrusion from the mold and this production process is continuous, the product quality is stable and the output capacity is high than machining production.SMC and FRP main material is fiberglass and resin,both SMC and FRP have the advantages of light weight, non-conductive, stable performance and high mechanical strength.
3. Why does the price is different from different supplier of same profile?
