Fiberglass Woven Type Cloth GPO-3 Insualtion Sheet is composed of high grade unsaturated polyester resin (UP) in connection with a reinforcement of Fiberglass mat and Fiberglass Woven Type Cloth,is then pressed under high temperature to obtain a polyvalent electrically higher strength insulating sheet material.
The combination of Fiberglass Woven Type Cloth and Fiberglass mat is a classic and efficient strategy in GPO-3 insulation sheet products. Its core advantage lies in achieving a strong combination and complementary advantages, which can achieve the best balance between performance. We can use Fiberglass Woven Type Cloth to provide strong structural support, and Fiberglass mat to conveniently shape complex shapes and increase thickness, achieving a perfect combination of strength and shape. Fiberglass Woven Type Cloth serves as the main load-bearing layer, responsible for resisting external tension and impact. At the same time, use easily fiberglass mat (such as chopped mat) to fill and connect the fabric layers, so that they can perfectly fit the complex surfaces of the mold, ensuring the integrity of the product. In addition, this combination can simplify the process by laying a layer of mat first, which can provide a flat and resilient substrate for subsequent layers, greatly reducing the difficulty of operation. It can also reduce defects. The resin infiltration speed of fiberglass mat is fast, which can help the resin to be more evenly distributed in the fabric layer, reduce bubbles and dry spots, and improve the overall quality of the product.

4. Application
Our unsaturated Polyester Fiberglass Mat GPO-3 Sheet has outstanding mechanical strength, it can be machined, punched, drilled, milled, sawn, sanded, sheared, or routed. Our sheet complies with the UL94 flame resistance test to V0. Due to its excellent mechanical and thermal properties, it is ideal for use as bar holders, spacers, control panels, etc.

5. Packing and Delivery
We provide our customers with strong kraft paper and belt to ensure the safety of packing,also use PP film wrapped outside to avoid the damage and moisture in transit. We use wooden pallets with IPPC marks and fumigation certificate, which fully meet the importing countries crequirements.
