Nylon

Nylon, also known as polyamide in Chinese, is a general term for thermoplastic resins containing repeating amide groups - NHCO - on the main molecular chain.
2. Characteristics
Nylon board performance is a "higher temperature field" (80-150 degrees Celsius) that does not meet the requirements in terms of high flame retardancy, wear resistance, insulation, creep resistance, heat aging resistance, fatigue strength, and wear resistance.
3. Application field
Cast nylon is widely used as a substitute for wear-resistant parts in mechanical equipment, replacing copper and alloys as wear-resistant parts in equipment. It is suitable for making wear-resistant parts, transmission structure parts, household appliance parts, automotive manufacturing parts, screw prevention mechanical parts, chemical machinery parts, and chemical equipment.
