As a derivative of sheet molding compound, SMC cable tray is made by pressing sheet molding compound at high temperature and then pressing through a mold. The cable tray has high mechanical strength, it has both the rigidity of metal materials and the toughness of SMC products. SMC cable tray not only has good corrosion resistance and strong aging resistance, but also has the advantages of beautiful appearance, convenient installation and long service life. Its application makes wire laying more standardized, serialized and generalized.

3. Is it free if we open a new dimension mould for the tray?
A: We will check the quantity and if quantity is large enough we will afford the mould cost.
4. What is the different between this product and FRP Pultruded Cable Tray?
A: This product is processed by SMC molding production and FRP Pultruded Cable Tray is through heating and extrusion from the mold and this production process is continuous.Both SMC and FRP have the advantages of light weight, non-conductive, stable performance and high mechanical strength,and SMC molding length limited by the mould and FRP Pultruded Cable Tray length will be cut as per customer’s requirements.This product is available to open mould for large dimension and output capacity is higher than FRP Pultruded Cable Tray.
5. What is delivery time?
A: We capacity is 300T per month and we will provide the 15-25days delivery time for SMC mold profile.

8. Packing and Delivery
We provide our customers with strong kraft paper and belt to ensure the safety of packing,also use PP film wrapped outside to avoid the damage and moisture in transit. We use wooden pallets with IPPC marks and fumigation certificate, which fully meet the importing countries crequirements.
