2. Product Description
Fire Retardant SMC Insulation Sheet is mainly used for various insulation partitions of high, medium, and low voltage switchgear. Because these products are often used in high-temperature environments and are prone to fire, insulating sheets need to have good flame retardancy. Polymer materials have a common disadvantage, that is, most of them are flammable or combustible. Obviously, such characteristics make them unable to meet the requirements of most occasions, so we add halogen-free flame retardant materials to our insulating sheets. When it is attacked by an external fire source, it can effectively prevent, delay or terminate the spread of fire. The flame retardant material we choose is aluminum hydroxide, which has functions of flame retardant, smoke elimination, and filling, and is chemically inert, non-toxic, and will not produce secondary pollution. Our Fire Retardant SMC Insulation Sheet is UL94 rated V-0. Our products are widely used in circuit breakers, motors, and switchgear.
