The pultrusion process is a method of continuously producing composite profiles, the shape of which is determined by the die. If our current profile shape cannot meet your requirements, we accept customer's drawings or request to open new molds.

A:FRP Pultruded profile use unsaturated polyester resin,it is a kind of synthetic resin.Synthetic resin is a kind of high molecular polymer synthesized by man-made. The most important application of synthetic resin is the manufacture of plastics. In order to facilitate processing and improve performance, additives are often added, and sometimes they are directly used for processing and forming, so they are often synonymous with plastics. Synthetic resin is also the basic raw material for manufacturing synthetic fibers, coatings, adhesives, insulating materials, etc. There are many kinds of synthetic resins, among which polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP) and ABS resins are the five general resins, which are the most widely used synthetic resin materials.

A: Before we open a new mould,we should discuss the production quantity and quality then we will recommend which mould material we have to use,this will determine the mould price.

As checking the thickness of the profile mold, although the mould does not need to be used too hard or other harsh environment. However, because of repeated reverse product demoulding, the mould is easy to lose, deform and damage, and the way to solve this problem is to thicken the thickness of the mold. The mould thickness can clearly distinguish the grade of the mould.

6. Why does the price is different from different supplier of same profile?

A: Different suppliers have different specifications and sizes, and the product weight will be different,this will affect the profile price. In particular, different suppliers use different raw materials, resulting in a large gap in mechanical properties.

7. What is the different between SMC machining parts and FRP Pultruded profile?

A: SMC machining parts is processed by SMC insualtion sheet and FRP Pultruded profile is through heating and extrusion from the mold and this production process is continuous, the product quality is stable and the output capacity is high than machining production.

8. Is there any different between SMC machining parts and FRP Pultruded profile?

A: SMC and FRP main material is fiberglass and resin,both SMC and FRP have the advantages of light weight, non-conductive, stable performance and high mechanical strength.

9. What is delivery time?

A: We capacity is 300T per month and we will provide 7-15 days delivery time for different requirements.
