How to distinguish between real GPO-3

 

1. The real GPO-3 insulation board board is certified by the US Safety Laboratory (UL), so it has an independent UL identification number. When purchasing this product, the manufacturer should be required to provide the UL identification number to distinguish authenticity.

2. The true GPO-3 board can have a leakage resistance index of 600V.

3. The true GPO-3 board has a density between 1.81 and 1.83 according to international standards, without fillers, which determines the reliable stability of the board.

 

Simple identification method for finished and inferior products of GPO-3 insulation board

You can light it with a match.

1. The products with smoke and dust are of inferior quality. The GPO-3 insulation board product has excellent adhesion and the material itself is environmentally friendly, without generating smoke and dust.

2. Toxic gases are generated. Poor quality products generally use flame retardants to achieve flame retardancy, so there is a pungent toxic gas during combustion. As the flame retardant evaporates, the performance of the product also decreases, and it should not be used in environments with human contact or in hot environments.

3. Combustion layering: Due to the irregular structure of glass fiber felt, the mechanical tension of GPO-3 comes from inside, and internal layering does not occur during high-temperature carbonization. If there is layering during combustion, it is a counterfeit product.
