2. Product Description
SMC H Profile is a composite material made of glass fiber as a reinforced skeleton material and a thermosetting resin as a matrix. But our product adopts the molding process, so the production capacity is higher. Our product is a derivative of the sheet molding compound, which is pressed at high temperature using the sheet molding compound and obtains different shapes through different molds. Due to the advantages of raw materials and production processes, our products have many advantages, such as corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength, good stability, insulation, non-thermal conductivity, easy maintenance, etc. Due to its good corrosion resistance, SMC H Profile can be used as a structural profile in corrosive environments such as galvanizing processes, water treatment systems and chemical, petrochemical, cooling towers, offshore installations, railway systems, and walkways in construction areas.

2.How many shapes of SMC Molded profile in the market?
A:There are many kinds shapes of SMC molded profiles, such as SMC square pipe,SMC rectangular, SMC round rod,SMC I-beam, SMC L-beam,SMC angle,etc.
3.What is the difference between Epoxy H Profile and SMC H Profile?
A:Composite material profile in which synthetic resin is used as matrix material. According to the different matrix resin used, it can be divided into epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, phenolic resin FRP and so on.Epoxy resin is characterized by high compression and tensile strength. It can still maintain good mechanical properties under high temperature for a long time. It has good arc resistance, UV aging resistance and climate resistance. Unsaturated resin is characterized by light weight, high strength, good corrosion resistance, excellent electrical performance, unique thermal performance, excellent processing performance and good material designability.
The disadvantage of epoxy resin is that the price is high, which is more than twice that of unsaturated polyester resin, and the curing time is long (unsaturated polyester resin can be cured within 1 hour, while epoxy resin needs more than 10 hours). These two disadvantages material cost and labor cost of epoxy resin is higher than unsaturated polyester resin. SMC H Profile usually use unsaturated polyester resin.
4.Is the mould is 100% same as our drawing if we open a new mould?
A: First we have to check if the specification of the mould is standard. A good mould can produce molding products with very small dimension tolerance. And inferior molds often produce products with errors of a few millimeters or even a few centimeters. The most important thing to determine the mould specification is the mold material.The better mould material, the more standard specification.
5.Is it free if we open a new dimension mould?
A: We will check the quantity and if quantity is large enough we will afford the mould cost.

8. Packing and Delivery
We provide our customers with strong kraft paper and belt to ensure the safety of packing,also use PP film wrapped outside to avoid the damage and moisture in transit. We use wooden pallets with IPPC marks and fumigation certificate, which fully meet the importing countries crequirements.
