Specific steps and equipment of molded insulation board technology
Preparation stage: Prepare the required molds, pre-impregnated SMC materials, heating equipment and pressure equipment, etc., and ensure that all equipment operates normally and meets the operating specifications. The mold needs to be selected according to the design drawings of the required product, and ensure that the mold surface is clean and flat, and apply mold release agent to prevent adhesion

Heating and softening: Put the prefabricated SMC material into the heating equipment and soften it by heating.
Molding: Put the softened material into the mold and cure it by heating and pressurizing.
Demolding: After curing, remove the molded insulation board from the mold.
