Heat resistant GPO-3, also known as UPGM203, is a hard insulating material made by immersing alkali free glass fiber felt board in unsaturated polyester paste and adding corresponding additives through hot pressing. The colors include: red, white, and brownish red. It has good electrical function in high humidity environments, good mechanical function at medium temperatures, and has special effects such as flame retardancy, heat resistance, arc resistance, and leakage resistance.
1. Use in circuit breakers: safety baffles, safety shutters, interval shutters, interval gaskets, phase separators, etc. for frame circuit breakers;
2. The use of molded case circuit breakers: interphase partitions, arc extinguishing chamber partition plates, etc;
3. Usage in electric motors: motor armature components, movable cover plates, slot wedge stators, fixed gaskets, thin gaskets, carbon brush holders, etc;
4. Use in switchgear: front end, rear end, upper end, bottom end, phase partition, etc. in arc isolation systems;
5. Other uses: Arc resistant structural components of electrical cabinets.
