GPO3 is also called UPGM203 plate (Unsatured Polyester Glass Mat Plate). UPGM203 is IEC standard and GPO-3 is NEMA grade. It is kind of rigid plate insulating material, made of alkali-free fiberglass mat impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin, adding relevant chemical agents in heating and pressing to cure into rigid plate.
GPO-3 Squre bar produced by cutting and processing from GPO-3 insulation sheet,it is different production process as FRP pultruded square bar.FRP bar is made of fiberglass resin with pultruded process,and GPO-3 is fiberglass mat in molding process.GPO-3 squre bar has higher mechanical strength than FRP square bar.

A glass reinforced thermoset polyester with good electrical characteristics in ark and track resistance is GPO3 polyester glass laminate. It is suitable for a wide range of applications in the mechanical and electro-mechanical fields thanks to its exceptional strength, dimensional stability, and stiffness. The substance is flame-resistant since it complies with Nema GPO3 specifications.
Due to its great rigidity and stiffness, GPO3 is simple to process. It is popular for bespoke structural elements and components that need great durability and stability due to the same qualities. We have a number of internal CNC facilities, including milling, turning, sawing, and drilling tools, that enable us to transform this material.

GPO-3 square bar can be machined, punched, drilled, milled, sawed, sanded, sheared, or milled and have great mechanical strength. It is also feasible to assemble using glue, metal screws, or rivets. It also works well in electrical applications such as transformer & reactor special-purpose airway support is used extensively in equipmnents of Power controller & Power transmits as cable bridge & angle insulation; insulating channel of Bus duct & fuse;insulating support of Inverter,converter etc.
