2. Product Description
Fiberglass Sheet is a multivalent electrical insulating rigid board made of fiberglass impregnated with high-grade polyester resin and various additives and pressed at high temperatures. SMC uses long glass fibers,therefore,this board have good electrical properties, mechanical properties, arc resistance, and other properties, but their mechanical strength is slightly lower than that of the UPGM203 sheet. We have our own sheet molding compound sheet production line and a maximum 3000T hydraulic press, so we can provide all customers with products of different thicknesses and sizes.
Features
1. Fiberglass Insulation Sheet has low water absorption, stable dimensions, and low warpage, so its performance is more stable.
2. Our products improve the shortcomings of heavy metal materials and plastic materials that are not strong enough.
3. Our products have a short molding cycle, high efficiency, and a high degree of automation, so the quality is more stable and labor costs are lower.
4. Fine processing makes our product surface free of cracks and bubbles.

Used as suspension parts, front and rear bumpers, instrument panels,body parts,components under the engine cover, such as air conditioner shell and air guide cover etc. |

Railway |
Used as railway vehicle window frame, toilet assembly, seat, coffee table top, SMC carriage wall panel and SMC top plate. |

Construction Floor |
Used as anti-static SMC floor, this floor surface adopts anti-skid design, which has stable anti-static performance, and has the advantages of static electricity conduction, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, fire prevention, compression resistance and so on. |
