2. Product Description
Our SMC angle profiles are produced by high temperature pressing and moulding processes, which not only provide the advantages of high precision and high production capacity, but also allow many shapes of finished products. The raw material of this product contains high-quality polyester resin and glass fiber, which gives the finished product high strength, corrosion resistance and structural stability. SMC angle profiles can be used in many construction applications such as fiberglass ladders, frames for electric carriages, treads and frames for wastewater treatment systems.

A: This profile is processed by SMC molding production and FRP Angle Profile is through heating and extrusion from the mold and this production process is continuous.Both SMC and FRP have the advantages of light weight, non-conductive, stable performance and high mechanical strength.This profile is available to open mould for large dimension and output capacity is higher than FRP Angle Profile.Our max length for this profile is over 2700mm.
5. What is delivery time?
A: We capacity is 300T per month and we will provide the 15-25days delivery time for SMC mold profile.

8. Packing and Delivery
We provide our customers with strong kraft paper and belt to ensure the safety of packing,also use PP film wrapped outside to avoid the damage and moisture in transit. We use wooden pallets with IPPC marks and fumigation certificate, which fully meet the importing countries crequirements.
