G10 is a composite material made of glass fiber and epoxy resin, synthesized through high-temperature and high-pressure processes. G10 epoxy sheet, G represents the abbreviation for glass fiber in English, and the number 10 indicates that the content of glass fiber is 10%. G10 has good mechanical properties at high temperatures, with certain strength, acid and alkali resistance, waterproofing, and good insulation performance.
G10 epoxy fiberglass sheet is a reinforced material that improves the overall performance of the material by adding glass fibers, including enhanced heat resistance and better dimensional stability. It is highly favored in electronic, electrical, and structural applications due to its excellent comprehensive performance. 1. Our Production
The production process of G10 epoxy sheet mainly includes the following steps:
1.Raw material preparation
The main raw materials are glass fiber cloth and epoxy resin, which need to be woven into cloth and prepared with epoxy resin and curing agent.
2.Immersion and lamination
Immerse the glass fiber cloth into epoxy resin to ensure that the fibers are completely covered by the resin, then stack multiple layers and laminate them through high temperature and high pressure to form a sheet.
3.Curing treatment
Curing epoxy resin at high temperatures (usually around 160 ℃) to form stable chemical bonds and enhance the overall performance of the sheet.
4.Post processing
Cut the sheet into specific sizes and shapes according to demand, common processing methods include slitting, drilling, etc.
Strict control of temperature, humidity, and processing accuracy is required in production to ensure the electrical performance and mechanical strength of the sheet.
