The key to the forming technology of laminated insulation boards lies in the lamination process technology.
Lamination technology involves laminating pre impregnated adhesive tape into slabs according to the thickness required for pressing, placing them in two polished metal templates, placing them on a hot press forming machine, heating and pressurizing the middle of the two templates, fixing them by hot pressing, and then cooling and demolding them.
Overall, the lamination process can be roughly divided into four major steps. Cutting and stacking of adhesive tape - hot pressing process - demolding cooling - final treatment. The important aspect of pressing technology is to clarify the process indicators, with the most important parameters being temperature, pressure, and time. The pressure primarily depends on the variety and nature of the material, followed by the thickness of the product, the area of the plate, and equipment conditions. Different adhesive tape raw materials may have different conditions during the processing process, so we need to develop specific parameters for the production process according to different requirements.
At present, most hot pressing machines are used for hot pressing, which can meet the unit pressure required for product forming, up to 12.5MPa, and the pressure is relatively stable below ± 500KPa, which can be set according to process standards. The tonnage of multi-layer presses is usually relatively large, usually between 2000-3000t. The key to a hot press is to control the temperature and pressure of the heating plate.
